ok guys, my car has been overheating and such for about a weeka and a half now. i have put pictures and everything else on here but its hard to determine and help anything by pictures. I think i have found the reason my car is overheating and everytime i look there is no fluid in my radiator. i have a video so please watch and i hope we can get this settled. i think the video explans itself as to where i think the problem is. i want to thank everyone in advance. so thanks.

You're right, that green liquid does belong in the radiator.
It appears that the 'O' ring on the bypass tube is bad, and from what I see, the tube itself should be replaced, quite a few questionable areas (Rust).

i looked at it again and the seal is bad on it. do you know where i can find one of these seals or the whole setup and what will it cost me. and do you know the exact name of the part that is leaking so i can look it up. thanks.

Look it up with the diagrams here, or easier, call your local Chevrolet parts, get the # & price, then comare to this website, which will be cheaper...
