can it be done?
i just need to know the basics
ive talked to many mechanics
and people that install turbos
but i just dont have all the facts i need
any help?

I know i need a 60 mm t3-t4 turbo
New valve covers, forged pistons
New performance injection system and a chip that communicates with my cars computer to tell it that im pushing huge amounts of air into the intake and how to counteract that to make sure the fuel air mixture is perfect.
Also a few other things i just cant remember.
Has anyone ever tried this before.
If so just tell me what you know.
Anything will help.

 

You can do it. Not sure why you would need new valve covers. Unless you want to run lots of boost, you don't really need forged internals. You'll probably need new injectors and hi flow fuel pump. Chip? You will just need to have it tuned. Your computer will know you are putting lots of air in it, it just won't know how to handle it.
