Does anyone know where I can find a TPS sensor ?

where can i buy one autozone and oreillys doesny have them. Where can i find them and my 3.8 is a 2000.

I believe that the TPS on that is built in with the Drive By Wire (DBW) unit. Instead of a cable to physicallymove the throttle open, it went all electronic on 1999+.
