lol@the first part, and yes if your governor is set at 256mph and youre not reaching it you have some performance issues

no you need the special oil they sell, especially after you clean it

Also, top speed runs are not the best way to treat your 'new' used car, especially if you don't know if the oil has been changed or not. My governor is set at 256 mph. Does that mean my car is not performing it's best, since it won't reach the governor?
You need to get rid of the speed limiter, 256 MPH is way too slow and you may get hit in the rear in city traffic.
