What are some signs of a bad thermostat? I have a 180F thermostat. Lately my temperature will rise to the 195 mark then drop to the 180 mark. Today it rose above the 195 mark and was right before the red mark then went down to the 195 then back up. It did it for about 20 miles til I got home. Also, is there an easier way to change out the thermostat?
