i have a 95 3.4 camaro and my engine temp goes up real slowly why is this

most likely your thermostat is stuck in the open position

Unless that is the only thing wrong I would say it pretty normal. Especailly on cold days.

yea i have only owned mine for about 3months and its been pretty cold 2 so yea but another ? when we have really cold days like 30 and below my car idles rough when i first start but after a min or 2 it idles normal how come

because it takes time for your engine to warm up and reach normal operating temperatures.Plus most of the oil,especially the oil at the bottom of the oil pan takes time to warm up.
