tc lockup prob.

I have a 99 camaro 3.8 and the torque converter will lock and unlock very quickly contenusly at cruzing speed. no codes or ses light. all new plugs, wires, coils. any ideas?

When was the last time you had your transmission fluid changed and flushed ?
There will be no codes, there isnt any trouble codes associated with the transmission yet, as there isnt any sensors on it.
