Swapping out the steering column

Swapping out the steering column
Can anyone point me to a reference or a link to something that might offer me some guidance on swapping out the steering column with a replacement one for the 3.4 V6? I have heard that it's a relatively simple process but figured I should have a reference handy when I start in case I hit any road blocks...
Anyone?

RE: Swapping out the steering column
Its very easy, remove the bolt from the column and the steering linkage right under the brake booster, there should be a plastic piece covering it up, it just pops off. the remove the plastic knee panel thats under the column. then remove the 3 bolts that hold the column to the fire wall, followed by the four bolts holding it to the dash. once its loose, you can pull it down and out and unplug the connecters that are mounted to the top of the column. pull it out. should take 10 minutes
