somewhat impressed
ok so i went on zzp and noticed they got a turbo kit for the f-body! about time! well im not really pleased, i mean the actual power log is ok but i can make one in my garage. i mean for the wait the community that im in it seems like guys like us would be better hitting up dude from FFF. at least then the newer turbo headers allow you to keep your a/c. but thats just me. im just ranting. i leave the floor open to you guys. happy holidays!

I would still choose FFF first because theirs is 100% custom tailored to your build and specs. Tiago and Pat are some awesome guys and their knowledge of these engines, their abilities, and knowledge of forced induction is pretty impressive. Pat built one of the highest dynoing 3800s I've ever seen at 650 RWHP (and likely more with a better tune). That's just insane honestly lol.
As far as turbo kits. If you have the knowledge to install the kit yourself, you can also make the kit yourself aside from the headers.

Intense built a 3.8 turbo Firebird that's 810 whp, 3150 lbs, and ran in the 8s. That's why I'm going with them for my future turbo setup.

Yeah I think Pat made it into the 700s but with a whole lot less money. I hadn't forgot about Intense, Tim King, and their lot. But I usually don't count them because it was a no holds barred full out build. Pat's car is still streetable and runs on pump gas

True. It's still impressive for a 3.8 though. I saw that ZZP kit before too and got all excited. But I think I'd rather piece mine together. I'm not one to buy something 'off the shelf' and slap it in there.

no doubt on tiago and pat, truely pioneers in the forced induction 3800 platform.im just pointing out here that considering the wait that zzp has put on this product to be finially released, you would be better off with fff's kit

me and my boss just turbod his miata for less that 500 (jyard build) and i built the headers its way easy to make headers as long as you have the tools
