Default shakin and shakin

hey guys i have a 5 speed manual in my 3.4 camaro and i "think" its a bad clutch / warped pressure plate but when i'm driving and step on the gas the car/ transmission shakes violently until i let off and get up to speed gradually... it's not like the normal clutch slippage when the car revs up and drops down eventually gripping.. its like i said if i step on the gas in any / especially high gear the car shaks and slips and doesn't accelerate.. do you know whats going on? thanks !

Could be a chattering clutch, or possibly broken engine or transmission mounts.

If you have a 2 piece drive shaft, check the center bearing.

The only way you are going to get any additional useful information is for you to get under the car and look things over. If all looks good, then pull the transmission & see what is going on with the clutch. can't fix car troubles by pounding a computer keyboard. lol
