Default SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT

95 CAMARO 3.4 V6 I HAVE THE DREADEDLIGHT, I HAVE THE OBD II SCANNER AND THE PLUG IN THE CAR FOR THE OBDII. WHEN PLUGGED IN THE UNIT POWERS UP LIKE IT SHOULD. AFTER TELLING IT TO CHECK FOR CODES IT SAYS TRYING TO COMMUNICATE BUT AFTER A SHORT WHILE IT SAYS CONNECTION ERROR OR SOMTHING TO THAT EFFECT. I WAS TOLD THAT THE FUSE COULD BE BAD BUT I CHECKED THEM ALL AND ALL ARE GOOD. I'M STUCK AND DON'T NO WHERE TO LOOK. I HAVE A HAYNES MAN W/ A SCHEMATIC BUT I DIDN'T SEE THE COMPUTER IN IT, SO I DONT KNOW WHERE THE FEED OR FUSE IS. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS

I'm quite sure that '95 had the OBD "1.5". OBD-II connection, but the OBD-I system. Quit typing in all caps, that gets old REAL quick. If I'm correct in what I said, you'll need something else to check your codes.

It's funny if you look at his other posts, Nic. He asked the same question a few months back... Pete showed him what he needed, but yet he has to ask the question again.

You've been told twice, what you need. Are we not allowed to find it humorous, that you have to ask the same question, after you were told what you need?
