Default Rough HP Estimate

I just bought my second 95 camaro, the first one I had we pretty much just stock and I ended up totaling it. I was wondering if someone would help me figure out a rough estimate of my new one's HP. here are some of its stats.

PaceSetter headers
Flowmasters exhaust
Jet Stage2 chip, also have Venom 400 depends whichever one you want to put in
new computer
underdrive pulleys
summit racing ignition coils
MSD 8.5mm sparkplug wires
For a last 120 000 miles or so the car ran on only synthetic oils (royal purple or mobile1) engine, transmission, differential
Lenso custom F-body 18'' rims with nitto 555 tires(275/35/R18)
K&N fuel injection performance cold air intake
Air temperature module stage 1
160 degrees hypertech thermostat
Aluminum 4' driveshaft
Lowering springs (1''-1.25'') Eibach
Blistein shocks
Edelbrock torque arm

I'd say Gorn is actually pretty close lol. More like 160 I'm thinking tho... Maybe a lil less.

RWHP... The factory rating is HP at the crank.

So it'd be about a 20 or so horsepower gain to the engine? I think I highlighted most of the ones that would give him horsepower or in the pulleys case, save some.

160 HP at crank new, 120K later assume a loss of 10% due to wear on the cam, loss of compression, Carbon buildup on the valves, Carbon buildup in the intake and valves losing sealing due to wear on the face and the guides. So 160 - 10% + 10-12% gained from the bolt ons and your net gain is less then 5%. Maybe I was a little high on my estimate. Only about 1/3 of what he listed will increase HP.

I have rebuilt a few motors with high miles and one coment I use to get is "I forgot you much power this car had new".

wow never thought of it like that but that is a good point. Just out of curiosity how hard is it to do a 3.4 to ls1 swap with a six speed and i want roughly 400-500 horse for a daily driver also i want about 20 city and up for mpg. If i do the swap myself how much money do think i would have to invest to finish the project?

A crap load of money. Sell your car and buy one with an lsjuan in it. Then start modding that.

Lol Steve. Yeah it'd be a pain to do a swap. I have in my possession now an LS1 donor car btw Steve So I may be swapping it in my V6 car.
