I've had this question for a long time.....what is the proper tire pressure for my 94 3.4l? I know it should be listed either on the driver side door, or the glove box....but my driver side door was replaced a while back due to an accident and it is not in the glove box.
My guess was somewhere between 30 and 35...so i put it at 33.

The tire pressure on the car's label is just a "suggestion" by the manufacturer, based on a balance between performance and ride comfort. I always keep my tires inflated between 36-38 on all my cars, and never, ever have had an uneven tread wear issue. A higher inflated tire might give you a bumpier ride, but will give you better gas mileage. Whereas a lower inflated tire can give a cushier ride, but will hurt your gas mileage due to the tire having more rolling resistance.

Thats good to know. Im currently running 33psi up front and 31 in the back, I've read that it is good to put a couple more lbs on the heavier end of the car. I dont mind a bumpy ride either i like to feel connected to the road, so maybe i"ll add some air today.

It is also good to check for tire manufacture recommendation. The GM engineers are the first to say the tire manufacture recommended pressure are more accurate than theirs.

Gm says 35 is what the camaro needs all around running up to 40 won't hurt also offset pressure should be more on the drive wheels
