i would start with a fuel pressure test. most parts stores rent fuel pressure gages. spark check is easy. put a plug on a plug wire and ground it, to exhaust manifold works, then have someone turn the motor over and watch the spark intensity.

Ok here's the news. The secondary on one of my coil packs came out at 8500 ohms. It's supposed to be between 5000 and 7000. I'll let you know if this fixes my issue. BRB

I changed out the coil pack. That didn't help at all. It's still hesitating. I just noticed that it only hesitates when I put a lot of torque to the ground. It usually only hesitates at 3200 rpm's and will not climb higher than 3200 rpm's unless I ease it up very slowly. Otherwise it acts as if my car has a governor and bounces between 3000 and 3400 rpm's when I have my foot to the floor. Like I said this only happens when I'm putting down a lot of torque. So it really only does it in 1st and 2nd gear. I haven't been able to test it in 3rd gear because all the speed limits around here are like 25mph lol

That's what I thought too. I really hope it's not my fuel pump

You need to check the fuel pressure and pressure regulator with a pressure gauge. Preferably a gage with a long hose so you can check the pressure from inside the car while you are driving with your foot to the floor.
