Default Possible broken gauge cluster

I have a 95 V6 3.4L, and the dash gauges all seem a little off. The temp gauge is reading in the red zone, the gas gauge will sit at a 1/2 one minute, and 3/4 tank the next. I checked the fuse box, and it seems ok. Do I need to replace the gauge cluster? If so, how do I do it?
