ok another ebay ? those performance chips on there for a 95 3.4 camaro that are like 40$ are the for real as well do they actually work??

no they are really just a scam.the only way to tune your computer is through programs, there isnt anywhere to even put the chip

i really just want a tune 2 too adjust my shift firmness really i want it to shift real hard.... but i have a 95 3.4 camaro do they have a speed limter and if so what does it should off at??

im not sure, most likely yes, depends on the factory options.the harder the car shifts the more wear is gonna be on the trans and the faster it will break along with the rear end
