Quick question im kinda limited on money i have about 1500 and i wish to upgrade my car in some way to make it sound a little better and give it some more horses or maybe cut off the limiter i have the 1996 V6 3.8L if possible just list some things and if you could give a round about price that would be kool to and thanks for reading and ill be checking for posts

Hmmm, well...Theres a few things. A cold air intake should be your first buy. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

Next, you can get either an catback exhaust system or muffler. The stock catalytic converter is already highflow so you do not need to change that. Matter in fact, the stock tubing on the car is fine. 2 and a quarter is good for the amount of power you have. If you plan on really pushing some serious power from taht engine then you might wanna consider upgrading. Otherwise, I'd just leave it be. Muffler however can be removed and replaced or you can run open pipes, which is what I did. If you wanna see and hear it run then ask and I'll post a clip. Exhaust systems after the cat will run you anywhere from $300ish to $800ish. As for a performance programmer to remove that limiter...theres tons out there and they typicaly cost about...$300

I'm planning on buyin that SLP cold air intake on my camaro and i was wondering what is involved with installing it. is it a 2 hour job and does is require any modifications to the body.

Well...2 hours sounds about right. If your good with cars then maybe half an hour. And no...No modification needed

Nice sounding exhaust ill get a vid of my magnaflows they sound very nice on a 3.8
