Default overheating issues

ok so about a couple months my camaro (97 3.8 3800 series 2) i blew a head gasket and hydrolocked the motor so me and my buddies ripped it all apart replaced the bent push rods and headgaskets, new radiator old one cracked whitch caused the gaskets to blow and a new thermostat we got it all together and it ran good for a while till about a week ago on a trip it started to get fast so i pulled over and sht the engine off opend the hood upper radiator hose blew so i cut the end off that blew put it back on and drove for about half a mile and it started getting hot again so i took off the thermostat housing the thermostat was stuck closed so i took it out and ran it without the thermostat so i could make it to my friends house i got there and it seems like the coolant isnt circulating through the engine the upper hose is really hard while the engine is running whitch i think the hose blew but without the thermostat it should be fine so idk whats goin on also the water was brown when i popped the radiator cap off like its rusting whitch idk cause im running 50/50 coolant in there any one can help also cylinder 3 has a slight missfire that i cant figure out for the life of me i have brand new plugs and wires so im not suretheir gapped correctly and injector are working any help appreciated thanks.
