Unhappy Not Starting and Backfiring!!!!!!!!

I have a 95 Camaro 3.4L, I try and start it, It cranks but will not start and why trying to get it to start it backfire's sometime's out the intake others out the exhaust.
I have it in the right order on the wires, and it is still doing the same thing, I have checked and I'm getting a spark to all of the plug's, still backfiring.
And I just tried starting again this afternoon it shoot a 3 feet flame out the exhaust.
I know I'm getting spark and fuel cause if not I would not be haven't the flame's happening, I have reset the ECU. but still nothing!
PLEASE NEED HELP!

Back firing out of the intake and the exhaust it is almost always timing issue. It could be the spark plugs firing at the wrong time due to the firing order or the triggering system. It could also be the Valve timing cause by a timing chain jumping.

I am not a 3.4 expert but it sounds like either a crank sensor or a timing chain if you are sure the firing order is right. When did it start do this? did it start while you where driving?

This makes me think you were doing some sort of "work" on the engine, were you?

It's your valve lash adjustment then, I'll put money on it. What procedure did you follow?

And after you put everything back together, you have to readjust the valve lash. From your response, it sounds like you didn't.
