Lot's of stupid questions, but I will learn as I go.

I have a 2000 Camaro Convertible 3.8L. I just got it and it needs alot of work. Can anybody tell me where to post to find a good and fair Camaro Mechanic in Tampa, FL? I need my AC Fixed (has a leak somewhere), Issues with transmission when shifting into overdrive (automatic) and both Window motors need replaced. Front and rear (red and orange lights on the front/rear bumper, not sure what they are called yet) are dim on one side. I also want to have ground effects put on it (car color is pure white).

If anybody can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
