Ok guys I street race and from a dig I beat quite a few cars. But from a roll of like 40mph and up i get smoked. Like som P.O.S honda with a potato launcher exhaust smoked me from a roll . What mods should I get to help me get more top end HP?

2000 Camaro V6 . My mods are a whisper lid, ferco coupling, SLP cold air intake, Hypertech programmer, 160 degree thermostat , OEM Z06 wheels, LS1 aluminum drive shaft ,K&N air filter and Flowmaster exhaust.

 

you know you can run a 50 shot of dry for $545 best bang for the buck.

 

yeah but I don't want to do nitrous or any type of forced induction.My car is automatic with 130,XXX miles.

 

Make sure thetransmission is inthe right gear so that the engine is near the torque peak, because it takes a while for the transmission to shift down by itself, and by then it may be too late.

 

sounds like a driving issue

Do what pete said and then a shift kit might help...gears as well...

obviously cam and valvetrain if your up to it...

electric water pump gets you like 10hp at high rpms
