Exclamation Need new Struts!

It's definitely that time... My right front is starting to dip. I want to upgrade to some performance struts but on a budget. Any preferences? I was looking at the KYB AGX, I thought it was cool you can adjust the ride setting without taking off the tires.

I was going to get those but found some regular KYB shocks for $30 at carquest and OMG. Just amazing. Honestly, I don't think that you will be adjusting the shocks that often and it would still be a pain to do it every time. I love my KYB's. I say go for it if you will be changing your driving style alot and want the best performance. But the $30 shocks from KYB work just as good. Just you cant adjust them.

Yeah? You're happy with them? Like is it a just off the lot brand new feel or added performance?

My car doesn't really sag. It just takes bumps so horrible.

I would definitely look into new struts and springs. I got my KYB Gr-2 struts now just waiting on eibach 1" lowering springs to come in.

i hav the kyb agx's in the rear. the adjustability isnt for the ride hight. it adjusts the compression/rebound. they are nice shocks and easy to adjust. id reccommend them but there is better shocks out there. but the better shocks are harder on the wallet.

koni's are some of the best handling shocks around.

How many miles do you have on the car? Obviously the wear depends on a lot of things, but it's interesting to know at about how many miles people are seeing these things fail/degrade...
