Default Need help with part

Anyone know what part this is? 98 3.8. Its located by the ac systems. I can see it came undone.

I only stated that for the smart @$$ remarks lol. Its a piece that i need some tape for and i noticed it at work. I just have no clue what its for there buddy...

I think that is a vac source that moves the door or something in the black plastic AC box there.

Yes, it's the vacuum stuff for the heater & a/c system mode doors under the dash. With it disconnected you probably have air coming only out the defroster holes. Here's what the area looks like on a 94:

It's the vacuum check valve. Had to replace that myself. Only a few $$$.
