need help finding this oil leak

Default need help finding this oil leak

Alright i'm leaking oil i changed my oil pan gasket and the valve cover gasket and i'm still leaking oil. Does anyone have any tips? I have a 1994 3.4l

eh hm.. im not to good with the oil part.. so im sure some one else might know..

Try looking at your intake manifold valley gaskets (between the heads). You might want to clean the area off as best you can first, then see if you can find an oil trail after driving it. Could be in the back by the firewall where it's hard to spot.

Could be your rear main seal on a car that old. There's goop you can buy to dump in your oil to get that seal to expand a little and possibly reseal. That may stop your leak. But the only real cure if that is indeed the situation is an engine rebuild. But if it's not the oil pan, it's not the valve cover, or intake gaskets and you're still seeing oil, then it's likely the mainseal in back of the block.

could be the oil pan its self i have the same prob on same year car and motor, where do you live at do you have a lot of salt and does the leak stop at a certain point?
