I am process of completing the install of cylinder heads on 1995 3.4L and have everything buttoned EXCEPT for one connector. The wire appears to run from LH fender area near the abs system. I simply cannot locate where it runs to. Here's some pics

That connector is found on all 3.4 cars but is only hooked up on manual transmission cars. That's because only manual transmission cars had the electric smog pump which mounted to the frame rail just below the abs hydraulic unit.

 

OK. That makes sense. I probably overlooked that during the disassembly that it just there.
