without pics i would estimate around 8,000 with a good motor and a couple of mods
9,000 is still kinda high but somebody out there will pay more if you advertise at the right time
just advertise and put emphasis on the black paint and the new (rebuilt) motor

i bought a 94 3.4 V6 for around 5,000 but it was running great

Sorry sometimes my computer f**ks up. I was just trying to get about 4,000 for it because it has new black paint very clean interior and new tires, brakes, rotors, sparkplugs, sparkplug wires, battery, brand new duals just put them on today, and all the weather stripping replaced ( even around the t-tops )

you can go alot higher than that!!!! [sm=jawdrop.gif]
with new gear that is a great way to add value
if you want to sell it fast that price will do it but i say you wait a little longer and get at least 6,000 for it
somebody will think there is something wrong with it if you sell it for that low
good luck

4000K sounds about right for that. Mods do not mean anything when selling a car. All the stuff you have done are regular maintenance stuff. The rebuilt engine is what is in your favor if there is a warrenty.

By your description I rated the car at excellent condition on KBB. 3200 is what it comes up with. You could prob. sell the car for 4K but not much higher than that. There are people out there who know nothing about buying cars. It's possible you'll get one of these people and you could sell it for more. However, you risk loosing a good sale if you place the car too high. People with good sence will not even call to ask questions about the car. You can not spend 2-3K on an older car and then add that to the Kelly blue book price. It does not work that way. Good luck selling it.

it also depends on where u sell it 2, cars like that go for 6,000 easy where i live
im not rich but i live in a rich neighborhood and that means snobby rich kids who want a cool car and will pay that
i would go by the book but add some to make a little spendin money
going by the book will bring smart people to take care of your car, but we all need money
