Ok y'all, here's an update. IT'S ALMOST DONE!!!! See parts list in OP. I bought new wheels finaly, well, if you call them new. They are silver allow wheels off a 97 corvette. 17x8.5 in front, no tires yet (soon to buy 245/35/17) and the backs are 18x9.5, and they came with two almost new pirrelli 285/30/18 tires. These rims won't be on for a while, I want to have them powdercoated, and I don't have enough money right now for the front tires. All I'm waiting on is my new egr tube from the stealership, and then it's off to the exhaust shop to have my new 3" exhaust installed. I also bought new kyb gr2 gas shocks for the back, to my surprise, the orignals were toast, makes me wonder about the fronts (I don't want to know, can't afford new struts). I also have installed all of my bosche plugs, and 8mm Beldon plug wires. (still not happy with the wires, I need to make my own set) I'll have my darling back on the road in a few days, hopefully. The only thing that will hold it back is the rear end I built. If it howls, expect a VERY long venting thread. But things are looking up, finally.

i have cat back cai and 1 peice alum drive shaft stig also has the drive shaft but if were talking about the most moded 6er whos an active member this evilkal with full bolt ons and a 14 second 1/2 but theres alot of guys who dont really post here that are over one V6camaro.com that are 12 second cars
It's not as much modding as people think. I've got full bolt ons, 3.42 LSD, panhard bar, sway bars, new shocks on the way =D Also just dropped a new engine (result was .18 ET... Down to 14.62)

My car already had the LSD and the gear and a good suspension so that saved me a lot. So basically I dropped a new engine with a little polishing done =P And put a full exhaust and intake on it.. And of course the pulleys and whatnot.

It's all about how you do it I guess =)As far as mods, Musicman has more of the little things done than I do. He will be more prepared and see better gains in the future. And I have a feeling his car will outrun mine... If he learns to drive it =P

learn to drive it, believe it or not, very true. I'm not good at launching, I can cut a decent light, but my 60 foot times suck. I'm used to playing with fwd's, this is the first rwd vehicle I've owned, the jeep was full time awd. I've owned a corolla, a buick century with a 3.4, a jeep, a pontiac bonneville with a 3.8, and now a camaro with a 3.8.

Today I set her back on her wheels for the first time in weeks. Looks great with the disk brakes in the back, no more ugly drum.
