Default Money for your Old Clutch

I have a T-5 transmission out of a '97 3.8 (I think) camaro. The input shaft has 26 splines. I need the splined center out of a clutch for this transmission. I will pay $20 and shipping for your old worn out clutch disc. The only catch is the splined hub must have the correct number of splines, and be in decent condition the rest of the clutch can be trashed. Send me an email at gerrardlewis@yahoo.com. I can mail you the box, postage, and a postal money order.

Thanks in advance

I realize I may have posted this in the wrong place. If I have, Mods please move to the correct location

you need to explain the reason for your need of the part. sounds to much like a scam of some sort the way it is.

I am building a "power pup tractor" it is a rear axle from a truck, a manual trans, and a 10 horsepower horizontal shaft motor. The plans can be found on google or here http://www.longwood.edu/staff/riderk.../doddlebug.pdf .

I need the splined piece so I can attach a sprocket to it to transfer the power to the trans from the motor. I could just weld it to the input shaft but then I am stuck with that gear ratio forever. This way if I decide to change the sprocket I can just remove the splined hub.

So far I have a dana 35C axel from a jeep cherokee, a T-5 trans as I already mentioned, and the steel to do the frame. I am looking for a motor on craigslist.

I am offering to pay with a postal money order because of the protection afforded by the post office. A scam involving a postal money order becomes a Federal Offense and it helps keep honest people honest. I will send the packaging and pay postage both ways because I get a huge discount through work and most people will get things in the mail sooner if it is prepaid.

I am not sure where else to find this part because from what I understand there is no core value for clutches so they are often thrown out. I really don't want to spend the money for a brand new clutch just to plasma out the center and throw the rest away.

Sorry for not expaining all this in the first post but I was trying to avoid the TL;DR

go to the junkyard you can probably pick up a disk for like 10$ and a little research could tell you other cars with that spline

edit: here ya go every vehicle thats had the T5 trans
Borg-Warner T-5 transmission
