i just got a 2000 3.8L and was wondering, what i can do to increase horspower without turbochargers. superchargers or nitrous?

also what is a good head unit to put in since my car doesnt have a cd player?

 

You can get a cat back exhaust system either magnaflow or flowmasters. Magnaflows sound better on a V6 in my opinion. Your car will sound really nice..deep tone and when you hit the gas it sounds even better. Should provide you with about 8-12 more horsepower. Then you can upgrade your cold air intake that should give you another 5-7. Then get a superchip installed and a tuner...that's another 10-15...so in all you can get a pretty decent amount of horsepower.

 

Oh yeah...about your head unit...I would go with a pioneer head unit with JL audio speakers and Rockford fosgate amp...maybe around 200-300watts. And for bass go with a 12in bass tube.
