Default Misc noise under car

Does anyone know what could be causing a "bearing like" noise under my car? I had a mechanic look at it and he said that he put the car in neutral and turned the engine off and thats when he still hears it so apparently its not an engine problem. I only hear it as soon as the car moves or is in motion.. could it be I need a new hub or spindle?

Wait....you took it to a mechanic and he can't diagnose the sound in person, so now you turn to the internet? lol
Is your mechanic deaf, dumb, and blind! Or did you only ask him to find out what wasn't making the sound? Too bad he couldn't have told you what it was. Or maybe he didn't want to tell you, so he could fix it himself and charge you so he could put food on the table at home?
I take it he put the car in neutral and shut off the engine while still driving?
Is the sound constant and rhythmic? Does it come and go on it's own, or only when you hit a bump. Is it from the front of the car?
It could be a wheel bearing, a sway bar bushing, front strut bushing, etc.

Well, either the bearings in the rear end (very likely) or a wheel bearing (less likely, unless you were in an accident)... Does it sound like it's coming from the rear axle area?

While you're driving, turn left and right and see if it makes the noise. Sounds like your rear end is going out but meh.
