Mid to high throttle sputter

Im not sure on that one. ive already pulled my injectors out and soaked them for a half hour in injector cleaner, it dident help mine either. Mine has a rattle but im pretty sure its the exaust bc its hit a few times on speedbumps and my driveway.

an EGR could FOR SURE cause a hesitation problem. definantly check it out, expecially since you have a code for it.

Also Reaper... it sounds like your starter plunger isn't disengaging with the flywheel like it should. It should disengage right when you stop turning the key.... you may need a new starter but that wouldn't cause a hesitation problem. however it will damage the teeth on your flywheel if you let it go with out fixing it, which means pulling out the transmission to replace the flywheel.

Wells RobsWreck98 im not for sure lol i am in the same boat lol.... well after i did that post i had to see if my new lights were working right and while i was out i recorded a little and so here is a video and you can here the sputering and well tell me what yall think? Make Sure You Listen Very Carefully.

Yea that sounds like mine minus the exhaust growl and emphasis on the sputter we should try RSSteves plan and clean out egr's im gonna do mine in the morning ill jump back on here when im done and let you know how it did.

well my problem is im a noob when it comes to the EGR valve lol i have no idea where it is when i think about it? but if i did i would clean it out in the morning and i have a 80 series Flowmaster with dual tips, but the cat has been gutted so once you get above 3 k rpm it pops when ya shift

Its somewhere easly acessable in the front theres a picture in my chiltons but its just of the egr, cant see whats around it. im kinda in the same boat with you but just do like i did and look the part up on oriellys website and then in the morning just locate it on the motor. Its kinda lika automotive version of wheres waldo..lol

Maybe Rssteve can help. Hes the one that corrected me about it being on the back of the motor. Im not used to the electronic version.
