Default Major Car problem

I have a '94 camaro 3.4L i have been running off of super unleaded gas. I just recently changed my plugs, wires, and fuel filter. When i go down the road it is difficult to accelerate and when i do try to accelerate to fast it drops RPM and doesn't bog down but it chugs. I have regular fuel pressure when car is turned over, but not started, and cannot figure out problem. Not very car smart. If you could tell me what the problem could be email it to me or i will just check back here on a regular basis. THANKS

it does still have a catylitic converter. My mechanic thinks that it might be a vacuum leak.

Did this just start to happen after you changed the plugs and wires? Or was it doing it before?

Sounds like a fuel injector clogged or failing... Have you had the injector pulse tested with a NOID light?

If it wasn't doing this before you changed parts, then make sure you didn't cross your plug wires. Even with new wires, one could be bad. You also could have accidentally cracked one of your spark plugs while putting them in. And make sure your plug wires are all the way on and snapped onto the plugs.

It just started doing this after i changed my plugs and wires. I have ran seafoam through my car several times. I rechecked my spark plugs to check the gap. and when i took one of the wires off i had to reapply the metal clip that snaps onto the plug. Didn't know if this would be the problem. Also my mechanic said that my muffler isn't letting all the emissions out. Could that be the problem?

Based on your first statement, I would say it's definitely related to your plugs or wires.
And are you saying the metal connector came off the wire and stayed on the plug when you pulled it? If you saved your old plug wires, put them back on and see if the problem clears up. Or replace them one at a time, starting with the one that came apart. Looks to me like you have a bad wire.
And when you pull the wires off the plug, pull it by the boot, not the wire itself. I have a feeling you may have yanked the wire off and separated it from the clip by grabbing the wire and not the boot?

Figured our it isn't the spark plugs. I'm getting a new muffler and getting rid of the resignator on it. still haven't found problem.
