magnaflows

ive heard that magnaflows do sound the best on a 3.8, but when the rpm's get higher, does it still sound good, or will it start to sound like a 4cylinder?

I have full Magnaflow 2.5 inch pipping on my car, and it only gets louder at higher rpms. But then again I guess it depends on what you get in terms of piping size, the tips and all that.
