Be sure to whack your friend over the head with a stick for that!
Lower ground clearance can be a problem, if you drive the car in the snow.
Dragging bottom can slow you down, and get you stuck easier.

Be aware that when you lower and relocate, you change the car's suspension geometry, and need an alignment...
