I've been doing this for awhile and figured I'd share. When changing your oil, isnt it a pain in the *** if you dont have a funnel? If you are of age and have axcess to a Budwisser 16oz aluminum bottle, cut the bottom off and it fits great into the filler neck in the valve cover. I learned this by having an abundance of emptys around the garage during my engine rebuild.

 

...And draining the beer is at least half the fun![8D]
What also works for a funnel, is cutting the bottom off an empty one quart oil bottle.

V6 oil is a little different than V8 oil. If I don't have an empty milk jug handy, I will make a funnel out of paper. It will hold up long enough to pour it all in.

 

NO, it's just that v8 owners already know how!!!

HA! thats what I was just about to say! they are really cheap guys lol

 

I have had the instance a few times where my dads dogs get ahold of my funnels and i am funnelless........ but you can use a ton of different things to get the job done.

 

My personal fav is a go chicken go box wrapped with gorilla tape. Its held strong for about 6 months. I leave it under the hood like its a store bought one

 

I hope like hell,are you trying to say that unless you have a V8, you dont know how to work on cars?
