I was wondering if anyone knew how to take out the interior lights. Also When i get near 3000 RPM's i start to bog and then when i let up on the gas it sames to catch and accelerate normally. Anyone know whats going on?

for the lights just take the bulbs out. the rear dome light cover slides off and the other two are under the rvmirror. pop the covers off and just take the bulbs ou.

Could be an intermittent fuel injector -- I had a similar problem on my '95 3.4L, and that was the solution. Have the injectors electrically tested, also change plugs/wires if you haven't recently. Spray some throttle body cleaner in the intake butterfly valve, and do about 5 tanks of gas with Lucas Fuel System cleaner or similar. If you have a SES light, get your car computer scanned for clues. Also make sure your air filter is clean, consider a CAI for even better flow.
