Injector Changing

Default Injector Changing

What if any gaskets do i need to change the injectors out for new ones?

Injectors came with new rings. I got a kid coming today with an 85 z28 that he wants to trade for my car so he has better mileage. I might not be the one changing the injectors

Changed the injectors. Runs alot better. Trading it tomorrow for the 85 i looked at today.

I only have 1 issue now. Its idling at 1400 rpm's instead of 1000 like it was.

Check/move the throttle cable Could be stuck

its not. Nothing out of place. Nothing disconnected, no vacuum leaks. Leaning towards the map, iac, or tps sensor.

Retrace your steps. If you didn't have a high idle before, then it's something you did or undid in the process of replacing the injectors. Since we weren't looking over your shoulder, that's gonna be a hard call.

It use to idle at 1000rpms in park and 1200 in drive with the old injectors. new injectors 1300-1500rpms at idle 1000rpms drive.
