I just got a turbo
Would i have to do anything to my heads or injectors if i ran less than 10 pounds of boost?
I have a 99 3.8L.
and i already have the turbo and everything, so i dont wanna hear about how expenxive its gonna be, because the expenses are covered.

RE: I just got a turbo
Why would anyone buy a turbo and not know what else is needed? Why do you care about expenses if they are covered? No where near enough info on you or what you have with your turbo. A good tune will cost you $800-$1200. Is it a rear turbo a front turbo how about an inter-cooler? What exhaust manifolds/header are you running?
Unless this is one of those electric one. You hook that up and gut the cat you will be in 500hp range. Your going to have beef up your drive line a little.

the 3.8 @ 10 psi isnt a 500hp car without extensive head and internal work. the stock motor will MAYBE hold 10, but 8ish is probably more realistic, and the car will be in the 300s somewhere. remember boost is a measure of the engine's resistance to the flow of air, so a stock high boost motor will be moving less air than a modified low boost motor.
but as gorn said, what exactly do you have? do you just have the turbo itself, or do you have all the plumbing? many times the turbo itself is relatively inexpensive, its the piping that you pay out the **** for

What he said ^
And....how many miles are on your ten year old engine? It's not uncommon for a head gasket to blow without having boost. If you slap on a turbo without doing any other beefing up/internal refinements, don't be surprised if you have some problems down the (short) road!

This setup is extremely vague. To answer the op's question, you'll probably need different injectors, and a high flow pump. But it's dang near impossible to tell with the info we have.

Sorry i was so vague, i was in a hurry.
I have a custom setup, its kinda like sts, so i guess rear-mounted.
Im not gonna run over 8 pounds most likely, so i was just wondering if there is any irrepairable damage i could do if i only run arnd 8 pounds of boost.
