A rotor must be designed for the car it is going on regarless if it is drilled and slotted or not. There are a lot of specs a rotor must meet for be safe. If the rotor was not designed for your car you have no idea if the rest of the rotor meets all the specs.

To make it simple unless you are hvy into building custom brake systems and you have a machine shop you need the RIGHT rotors for your car.

You don't need an adapter. They are just rotors. If they don't fit, take them back.
