High Idle and Jumps into Gear

High Idle and Jumps into Gear
Okay, I just switched out my radiator and put in a OEM designed one. I poured new fluid in and let the car run for about 10-15 mins and I didnt notice a single problem. I decided to actually go and road test it so I could see if the car stayed cool and what not.
After getting about 1.5-2 miles my car just died. It wouldnt start back up and it was getting a spark so we thought it might be the fuel pump. After a day we went back and it started up first try. We check fuel pressure and looked normal
The problems now are
-- In Park and Neutral the car idles at about 1500 opposed to the usual 900-1000 and its pretty rough
-- When I put it into reverse, drive, od, ect. the entire car jumps and rpms go back down to normal levels but car still runs rough.
Ive checked if I missed a wire or hose that I took off during the radiator change but I cant find a thing
Thanks to anyone who can help

Vacuum leak, spray around with carb cleaner till you hear the motor change RPMs. Track the leak down from there. It normal for a car that is idleing to high to jump when put in gear.

Just be careful where you spray the carb cleaner. It's made to remove varnish on a carb, but it also loosens paint.

I've got a dumb question...
I have been having Idling problems, about every other time the car starts it will idle to high, and the check engine light will come on... Then about 3 to 10 minutes later(pretty random) it will go off, and the car will idle and run normal. I don't think it is a vacuum leak because the problem is only once in a while. So I think it's the Thottle body sensor. How do you check the voltage and adjust the sensor?
