Default Help Por Favor.

Whats up everyone. Yes I know I'm a noob. Now help me . I was removing the stock grill from my car and cleaning up a little bit and while I had my car running I noticed a weird noise. It sounds like a light grinding sound. I followed the sound and it looks/sounds like its coming from here:

What is this exact part called and what could the sound be? Would it be the belt or that actual "pulley"? It did look like it was a little wobbly when it was spinning. Thanks in advance.

Alright so the piece I'm referring to is directly to the right of the Oil Filter...Is that the Harmonic Balancer?

Bad bearing? You sure your belt tensioner is ok?

Remove the belt and start it just for a minute to see if the sound goes away. If it does, it is one of the other items the belt drives. Usually, the idler pulley or the AC compressor. Also, you might want to look up under the harmonic balancer to make sure you don't have a rock or something slung up behind it.
