The reason you are not getting a lot of suggestion is because it could be anything. Normally when a plug will not fire there is only a few things to check but since you just installed a motor there are now 100's of possible issues. What you need is a tech with a set of factory manual just to figure out what area the problem is in. You could throw parts at the problems at for months just to find out you pinched a wiring harness or something under the dash was not plugged back in.
You really need to know what the computer is seeing? Does it see that the motor is cranking? At least then you would know if its a sensor or ignition probelm.

are u getting juice to the coil pack? i think its a pink wire. check fuses? ignition fuse should be in the fuse box under hood but not sure on your yr. i show the black wire as a ground for the coil pact. closest thing i have thats like your car is from my book on a older v6 so thats what im goin on.

well so far ive changed all the sensors from my old engine to the one in the car and also took out the engine harness and check each wire from sensor to the ecu connection and still nothing. theres power to the pink wire. but when u check it from the ignition module or coil pack, theres nothing. ive bought a new ignition module thinking maybe thats the problem, but still the same thing. check resistence on the coil pack and they are in right range. so im out of ideas. im thinking of taking it to a shop tomorrow

fuseable link is a inline fuse that looks like a long lump in the wire. used for shorts so if a wire shorts it will not fry the whole wiring system. there usually on wires that are not fused like the starter wire. there are a few in the ignition system but dont know were or what there hooked to on your car.
