HELP!!!! MULTIPLE MISFIRE
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
My car is a 96. The car started acting up so my husband checked the codes. We are getting a multiple misfire. The car has new plugs and we just replaced the ignition coil pack. Any ideas? I think he is changing the plug wires tonight. So I am just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and how they resolved it

RE: HELP!!!! MULTIPLE MISFIRE
The Pickup Coil May Be Loosing Ground. Check To See If The Tape That Covers The Coil Is Burned. If It Is Replace It. You Have To Pull The Distributor, Remove The Bottom Gear And Slide The Shaft Out. A Ring Type Keeper Holds The Pickup Coil In Place. While Your That Far In To It You May As Well Have The Ignition Module Checked As Well. Sick

RE: HELP!!!! MULTIPLE MISFIRE
After you changed the plug wires and still getting misfires, there is good chance the ignition module, sitting under the coil pack is sick, or the fuel delivery may be off. Check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail, if OK then check that all the injectors are firing
