help i cant find a rear for my car!

Are you wanting just the gears, or a whole new/used rear? Try craigslist, contact these guys http://www.tacreationsusa.com , or try a junkyard.

I am new here but I just finished putting gears in mine (99) yesterday. I did alot of research and found that if you do an internet search for late model salvage you should come across a guy near San Antonio Texas that has rears for late model Camaros for around $250.00.
All others I found were in the $1000.00+ range. A buddy of mine bought an LS-2 and 4L60E from him. He specializes in removing parts not cutting them from the car...
I have only visited his website once and don't remember the name but if you can't find it I will do what I can to help.
From what I understand Chev changed the carriers to the Torsen type in 98 or 99
