Help help
I just got this 1995 camaro 3.4L and have called some parts stores to find out that they can't get a engine rebuild kit for the 3.4L. The engine runs, but it is burning oil. Anybody know where I may find a rebuild kit? I have priced grooms and jasper, and thet are way too high for me. Any help would be great!!! Thanks

You want to be sure its not your PVC valve or your valve seals. If you are burning oil due to rings and it is a high miles motor you are most likely going to need the motor bored out. You should find a local machine shop and buy the parts from them. You may pay 10-15% more for the parts but this way you are sure you got what you need and if there is any issue while assembling the motor you have a place to go and ask question.
