Ok so I traded my cadi deville for a camaro and the ppl said it needs a fuel pump and there is no spark any ideas on what that could be and, how hard would it be to install a carb'd v8 in it it's the 3.4l v6

There is no way anyone could know what is wrong with No fuel and no spark. Start with a basics. Check all the fuses.

The fuel pump is a common issue, no spark in any cylinder is not as common.

Forget the swap, it is a ton of work and requires very deep pockets. There is a sticky thread V6-V8 swap in this sub folder. Check out the project sub folder for people who have done it.

The car cranks and from what I was told it has new coil packs and ECM the only thing is left is the crank sensor

So you think the only thing that will make a no start is a Coil pack, ECM and a Crank sensor?

Are you sure you have fuel in the cylinder and are you sure you do not have spark? All three items you listed would be on my VERY rare causes for no starts.

Vats system, fuel pump and Spark control module would be much higher on my list but I would start with tests not just changing parts.

It clearly states I need a fuel pump and they had the chevy dealership say it was the crank sensor

So if you know why its not sparking and why you have no fuel is there a question?

If you just want to know about the swap, Go over to the project section and check out what is involved.

I'm jus double checking if the crank sensor could b the cause

If the crank sensor has failed, you will get a no spark.
As long as the dealership did in fact check it as being bad, and you're not just being told a story by the previous owner.

Idk but the way I see it I came out ahead they gave me a camaro for a Cadillac on its last leg

Hopefully there isn't something else about the car that was for them to know, and you to find out!
You'll get to see and hear the answer to that one, once you have the engine running and take car out on the road.
