I just replaced the ICM and that didn't fix it. Is my computer bad??? Should I now try replacing the ECM/PCM?. This issue is really getting annoying.

Maybe you should take the car to a mechanic with the right tool that can see what is going on. Or you can keep throwing parts at it. It could be a broken wire or a bad crimp on a connector.

It might come down to taking it in to a shop. I just like working on cars and like the fact that I'm putting alot of new parts on the car even though some didn't solve any problems. Don't mind spending money on it either. I enjoy it.

Scanner may help but I was thinking a higher end Scanner/scope that would allow you to see the miss fire. Those setups can cost over 5K. It is a must have for a driveablity tech but out of reach for a do it yourselfer. Heck just the yearly updates are over $1000.

Is the tac module for a 2002 a dealer part only? Can't find any that look like mine.
