If its the TAC I have to replace the whole throttle body right...

How can I check it myself to tell if its good or bad

yes,,, i dont have any info on testing, might try a search.

try unplugging the maf and see if it will run after warming?

Ok I started it and let it warm up and then unplugged maf no major idle issues basically stayed the same. But after 25 min it still dies. So first if I unplug the maf is idle suppossed to change or wat. Is it bad or good. Wat about the one behind the pedal. And second since it still dies does that mean it would be the tac on TB

i would say its not the maf. whats the voltage doing when it dies?

unplugg the front 02 sensors and see if it still dies.

Where are those. I see one on each side towards the back of the engine. Is that them

I dont know what engine you have, but the O2 sensors are located on the exhaust system. they look like spark plugs screwed into the pipes, usually near the exhaust manifolds for pre-cat and after the cat for post cat (if you have them). They have a wire running to a connector.
