ok so im thinking about gettins some headers for my 96 camaro rs 3.8L... i do want some more power under the hood, but dont want the v8. i drive about 2 hours every day to work and back... i just ordered a k&n intake. but my question is what headers should i get. were can i order them? how much would it be to put them in?

 

Pacesetter from what I have seen are the only company that make headers for the 4 gen 3.8

These people sell 3.8 headers also. It will fit your car, though you will have to move A/C lines away from the passenger header.

 

thanks for the link.... so the headers themselfs would be 350-400.. how much to get them installed?

 

varies from place to place. I got mine installed for $600. It will give car 5-10 Horsepower and better MPG.

 

$600 total incl./headers & y-pipe cost? otherwise I think you got ripped...
