Has Anyone Done This?

Just wondering if anyone has done this themselves...

If the switch is off, will the fans still come on automatically if the engine reaches a certain temp?

I went the easy route and got the SLP kit. From what was in the walkthrough, the fans will come on automatically if the the switch is in off. The switch is in parallel with the wires, not in series.
